Space of protection

At times you want to have that space where you know you are safe. A place to be vulnerable, and open. A place where you know there is no judgement. Not everyone is welcomed in this space. People have to have full permission to get access. At times, your guard is down and you let just anyone inside. They come in and destroy all the walls you've built. They make space for themselves and become beyond comfortable. When you finally realize that they no longer need to be inside, it is really hard to move them out. It's almost as if they are untitled to have this access. But if they can not add protection inside, there is no need for them to stay.

This part is hard for some because of the fear of being alone. You want to be wanted so bad that you allow just anyone in your space, even if it is beyond toxic. Take time in this sacred space to evaluate who you are. Evaluate who should and should not have access. Even better for you to out a under construction sign outside and not allow access for awhile. It's time to rebuild this space. Paint the walls, set the table, put a new couch inside, and light some candles. It's time to put yourself in this space of protection without anyone with you. Do not fear about loneliness, God is always with you and he will never leave. Allow him to do the work inside of you so when you step out, you'll be ready.
